BREAKING NEWS: NEW COMMISH!

We just received the following release from M&M Bowl CEO, Mark Lyon: "With the departure of Chris Smyth, the Big Game needed a new commissioner. I'm happy to announce that person is Dennis Jarzabek." Dennis had this to say about his new role:

Dennis will start immediately (after a short smoking break). Stay tuned for information on the M&M BOWL IV pre-season.

The "departure" as you put it, is a load of bull. I was forced out by the captain of Team Lyon. After being underused by that so called captian in my first year playing, the commish turned around and humiliated that captain (we won't name him in order to forgo further embarrassment) in M&M Bowl III. The Captain of Team Lyon then protested that it was unfair to have a MVP hold double duty as greatest player and head of the league. It's not my fault that the Team Lyon Captain was the Neil O'Donnell of the M&M Bowl. And now it is of no surprise that the new commish is a former player of Team Lyon. No shock will be had if Captain Lyon recieves the first pick in this year's upcomming draft.

The first/best/and only commissioner,
Chris Smyth.

P.S. I have heard through reliable sources that Captain Lyon plans to distribute HGH to his players prior to this year's game
